Ardeo Labs

Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026 · Last updated July 25, 2026

Ardeo Labs LLC (“Ardeo Labs,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company that builds software for small service businesses. This policy covers our company website at ardeolabs.com, email sent to our company addresses, and our official social-media accounts.

Each of our products has its own privacy policy covering the data that product handles; those policies are listed in section 6 and are the ones that apply when you use an app.

The short version: ardeolabs.com collects nothing. The site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, and sets no cookies. If you email us, we use your message to reply to you — that’s it. We never sell personal information.

1. The ardeolabs.com website

The site is a set of static pages. We do not run analytics or advertising on it, we do not set cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers.

The site is served by Cloudflare (our hosting and DNS provider). Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — transiently, as needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not receive or keep per-visitor logs from this.

2. Email

If you email us (for example at hello@ardeolabs.com or dev@ardeolabs.com), we receive your email address, anything you include in the message, and standard email metadata. We use it to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Company email is routed by Cloudflare (Email Routing) and hosted in a Google mailbox. Support addresses for individual products (e.g., help@caterkit.app) are covered by that product’s own privacy policy.

3. Social media

We maintain official accounts for the company and our products on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X. If you interact with those accounts, we see what the platform shows any page owner: your public profile, comments, messages you send us, and aggregate statistics. The platform’s own privacy policy governs its processing; ours covers only what we do with it — responding to you and understanding how our content performs. Our use of the Pinterest API is described separately in section 4.

4. Pinterest API

We use the Pinterest API to publish our own marketing content — images and descriptions we create ourselves — to our own boards on our own Pinterest account. Ours is the only account involved. No one signs in to anything of ours using Pinterest, we never act on behalf of another Pinterest user, and none of our products exposes Pinterest features to the people who use them.

Because of that, we do not collect, receive, or store any Pinterest user’s personal information. The only data we hold from Pinterest is operational: an access token for our own account, the identifiers of our own boards, and the identifiers and performance statistics of pins we published ourselves.

If we disconnect our application from Pinterest — or Pinterest revokes our access — we delete that access token and the associated board and pin identifiers from our systems. Pins we already published stay on Pinterest under our own account until we delete them there. Nothing obtained through the Pinterest API is ever sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise transferred to any third party, and none of it is used to train AI models.

Ardeo Labs is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. Your own use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest’s privacy policy, not this one.

5. How we use information, and what we never do

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate the business, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

6. Our products have their own policies

When you use one of our apps, that app’s privacy policy applies to your data in it:

7. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and to meet legal, tax, and security obligations, then deleted in the normal course of mailbox housekeeping.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising them. We honor these requests for everyone, resident or not. To exercise any right — or to ask us to delete correspondence — email hello@ardeolabs.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days).

9. Children

Our website and products are business tools for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Company email is protected by the security controls of the providers above plus two-factor authentication on our accounts. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Changes

We’ll post changes here and update the date above.
